This LDO Monolith CNC Gantry Kit is manufactured by LDO Motors and Designed by CloakedWayne.

These are the official CNC milled LDO Monolith CNC Gantry Kits for Voron V2.4 and Trident, manufactured by LDO Motors. Everything you need to upgrade your printer to a rigid, all metal high performance motion system. Both 2WD and AWD hardware are included in each kit.

Features

Full CNC milled, black anodized aluminum construction with no printed structural parts required
2WD and AWD options in one kit, providing a convenient upgrade path without purchasing additional hardware
Everything included except belts and steppers
Robust, removable tensioners for easier belt installation and repeatable pre tensioning
9/10mm belt support (toolhead dependent)
Genuine Gates pulleys and press fit live shaft idlers
Double shear support for all idlers and motors for higher belt tensions and improved reliability
AWD front extrusion brace included for toolchanger compatibility
Optimized belt path. Up to 10–15cm shorter than stock, with AWD effectively halving belt length for dramatically improved input shaper performance

What’s Included
All hardware required to build in either 2WD or AWD configuration is included.

Not included
Stepper motors (matching NEMA17s are required. All 4 motors must be identical for AWD configuration), belts, and toolhead.

**If non LDO motors are used there is a required split lock washer required during install (These are included in the kits).

For best performance, we recommend the following alongside this kit:

Toolhead: unibody and performance oriented toolheads like the A4T by DW-Tas
Steppers:
LDO LDO-42STH48-2804AH Super Power Motor — 55mm round shaft. Great for 24v systems.
LDO-42STH48-2504AH Speedy Power HT – 55mm round shaft. Great for 48v systems.
9mm Gates Belts: 2GT RF (standard), 2GT EPDM (high-temp enclosures), or GT3 (high-tension builds)
For the Ultimate in precision and high heat belt we offer the 9mm Gates 2GT EPDM closed loop belt (2 belts will be required for this build).
X rail: High-quality linear rail with high preload for maximum rigidity at speed like the CARBONara Carbon Fiber X Beam and our MGN12H z1 med pre loaded linear rails.
