US currency is calculated automatically on a daily basis and all prices are based on the Canadian prices set for each product. US prices on our site will fluctuate from day to day. Currently we offer payments to be made in either USD or CND and you can select which currency you would like to make your purchase in.
With regards to cross border brokerage fees, duties, and taxes this is the responsibility of the purchaser and 3D Lab Tech assumes no responsibility for this.
All shipments can only be sent to a physical address and PO Box addresses will not be accepted for international orders.
At 3D Lab Tech we try our best to ship the same day Mon-Fri for orders that are placed before 12 pm MST but this can not be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances (like a pandemic) or if the shipping company chosen is closed for holidays or other reasons unforeseen.
Letter mail and Po Box addresses are shipped through Canada Post and is limited by their weight and size thresholds.
Using a Po Box address may add additional charges even on top of free shipping as it is often the most expensive option compared to our other carriers. Please provide street addresses when possible.
Canada Post Letter mail shipping does not include any tracking information or insurance. Shipping by this method is done at the sole discretion of the purchaser and we do not reimburse packages lost by Canada Post letter mail.

If you want the shipment to be tracked, insured, or expedited we recommend you chose one of the other shipping options. We have partnered with UPS, FedEx, and Purolator to offer you the best rates from these major shipping companies as well which are live rates based on size and weight of the package shipped.
For more accurate shipping rates you must include everything in the same order for the system to be able to calculate the best rate for you.
In the event that a package is lost or delayed during transit we will try and assist as much as possible but the responsibility of the package is under the carrier once it leaves our store. We have no control over carrier logistics.
30-day money-back guarantee policy
We always try and provide the best service and quality products but as we all know nothing is perfect. If you believe a product is defective or the incorrect product was shipped please notify us as soon as possible and include as much detail as you can including a description of the problem, pictures, and or a video please. Once we have determined the issue we can have the product replaced and we will cover shipping for this as well. After 30 days returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
For some vendors warranty replacement of the product is decided by the Vendor and not by 3D Lab Tech Inc.
New Product Returns
The product must be in its original packaging and sealed. All non faulty products need to be able to be resold as new products. Refunds will be made back to the initial method of payment.
If the product has been opened please contact us as these will be handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.
For any items that are cancelled after the item has shipped the customer must pay for any shipping fees associated with returning the item. The same is for any packages that are delivered and sent back due to incorrect shipping information provided or not picked up in time from courier depot.
All clearance items are final and is not covered under our 30 day return policy.
