Shipping and Returns
At 3D Lab Tech we try our best to ship the same day 7 days a week if the order is placed before 12 pm MST but this can not be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances or if the shipping company chosen is closed.
Letter mail is shipped through Canada Post and is based on their weight and size thresholds. This does not include any tracking information or insurance. Shipping by this method is done at the sole discretion of the purchaser.

If you want the shipment to be tracked, insured, or at a faster rate we recommend you chose one of the other shipping options. We have also partnered with UPS, FedEx, and Purolator to offer you the best rates from these major shipping companies as well which are live rates based on qty and weight of the package.
For more accurate shipping rates you must include everything in the same order for the system to be able to calculate the best rate for you.
30-day money-back guarantee policy
Once fully inspected and we find the item to be faulty we will credit the purchase price back onto the method of payment. After 30 days returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Any shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
Qualified returns must be in original packaging and sealed. If outer package is damaged or destroyed fees may be charged for replacement packaging if necessary. We recommend keeping all packaging materials until after 30 day return period.
Please obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the item back by contacting support by email at [email protected]. All items must be received by 3D Lab Tech before replacement is shipped out. There is no exceptions to this policy. If this is an urgent matter please place an order for item you want and we can reimburse you for the return item when it is received.
All refunds will be issued back onto the original form of payment. If for any reason this is not possible we can only provide you with a store credit.
For any items that are cancelled after the item has shipped the customer must pay for any shipping fees associated with returning the item. The same is for any packages that are delivered and sent back due to incorrect shipping information provided. In the event that a package is lost or delayed during transit we will try and assist as much as possible but the responsibility of the package is under the carrier once it leaves our store.
All clearance items are final and is not covered under our 30 day return policy.
