US Purchases
** With regards to cross border brokerage fees, duties, tariffs, and other related taxes, this is the responsibility of the purchaser and 3D Lab Tech assumes no responsibility for this.
** All shipments can only be sent to a physical address, and PO Box addresses will not be accepted for international orders.
Shipping
At 3D Lab Tech we try our best to ship all orders out within 24 hrs of orders placed. Most days we are able to ship all orders placed before 12pm MST.
Letter mail and Po Box addresses are shipped through Canada Post and are limited by their weight and size thresholds. Canada Post max height is 20mm. Everything else needs to be shipped via our other logistics providers, such as UPS, Purolator, or FedEx.
Do not use PO BOX addresses unless shipped via Canada Post letter mail. All shipping companies other than Canada Post require a street address for shipping. Only Canada Post can ship to PO Box addresses. If the order is cancelled for this reason, we may not refund the bank fees associated with the purchase.
Canada Post Letter mail shipping does not include any tracking information or insurance. Shipping by this method is done at the sole discretion of the purchaser, and we do not reimburse packages lost by Canada Post letter mail.

If you want the shipment to be tracked, or expedited, we recommend choosing one of the other shipping options. We try to offer the best rates from major shipping companies as well, which are live rates based on the size and weight of the package being shipped.
For more accurate shipping rates, you must include everything in the same order for the system to be able to calculate the best rate for you.

UPS Shipping options are confusing. Here is a breakdown of their services
If a package is lost or delayed during transit, we will try and assist as much as possible, but the responsibility of the package is under the carrier once it leaves our store. We have no control over carrier logistics.
Tracked packages include insurance up to $100, covered by the carrier.
Free Shipping
We also offer free shipping within Canada if orders total $100 or more before tax. To take advantage of this, choose this option during the checkout process. With free shipping, we reserve the right to choose any courier we have partnered with.
Returns
30-day money-back guarantee policy
We always try to provide the best service and quality products, but as we all know, nothing is perfect. If you believe a product is defective or the incorrect product was shipped, please notify us as soon as possible and include as much detail as you can, including a description of the problem, pictures, and or a video, please. Once we have determined the issue, we can have the product replaced, and we will cover shipping for this as well. After 30 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
For some vendors, warranty replacement of the product is decided by the Vendor and not by 3D Lab Tech Inc.
New Product Returns
The product must be in its original packaging and sealed. All nonfaulty products need to be able to be resold as new products. Refunds will be sent back to the initial method of payment. For products purchased with a Credit Card or PayPal, a restocking fee of 3% will be charged to cover transaction fees.
For any items that are cancelled after the item has shipped, the customer must pay for any shipping fees associated with returning the item. The same is true for any packages that are delivered and sent back due to incorrect shipping information provided or not picked up in time from the courier depot.
** All clearance items are final and not covered under our 30 day return policy.
** Returned 3D Printer Kits will be subject to additional restocking fees depending on which kit is purchased.
