These ports allow you to easily inject lubricant directly into the carriage, ensuring the ball bearings and raceways stay properly lubricated for smooth operation and extended service life. Regular lubrication through these ports helps maintain optimal performance and prevents premature wear, keeping your machine running at peak precision. Please note that these ports are not designed to take grease. Grease ports are usually not found on small carriages like these. If you plan to use grease, please apply it directly to the ball bearings from under the carriage.
