E3D Revo HeaterCore-24v

The E3D Revo HeaterCore is a heating and sensing architecture for E3D’s RapidChange Revo ecosystem. It is a powerful cartridge heater and thermistor that replaces the traditional aluminum heater block. The HeaterCore secures onto a Revo-compatible cold side using a Revo HeaterCore spring (included). It heats up much faster than a typical heater block, and it reaches temperature much faster than a traditional aluminum HeaterBlock. It is much safer than a traditional aluminum HeaterBlock because of its positive temperature coefficient (PTC), which means the HeaterCore can’t melt at extreme temperatures, reducing hazards in the event of a thermal runaway. The Revo HeaterCore is available in various sizes, including 40W, 60W and Creality CR.
