The Voron 0 Live Tulip Gantry kit is a full pin mod for the Voron 0.2 that completely rethinks how the AB motor mounts, XY gantry joints, and front idlers are assembled. Instead of bearing stacks running on screws and fiddly tensioning nuts, every bearing stack runs on proper 3mm steel pins held in double shear and the result is a stiffer, more precise gantry that’s also significantly easier to tension and maintain.

This kit is built around the Live Idler variant, which replaces the standard XY joints with a live shaft idler design using 16T solid idlers. This allows the XY joints themselves to handle tensioning duties, integrating the idler and tensioner into a single clean assembly.

Key features of the Tulip mod:

AB motors are mounted solidly to the frame, meaning no more shunting them back and forth with a bulky tensioning nut
AB motor shafts are held in double shear with an extra bearing, lowering radial force on the motor bearings
Tension is now applied through an M3 screw in the front idlers, and ALL bearing stacks run on pins rather than screws
Both MGN7H (stock) and MGN9C X rails are supported, WITH NO TRAVEL LOSS
Standard 3mm off-the-shelf pins, for those unable to cut their own
LazyCam support
